Sarah Cassim is an award-winning coach, professional Emcee/presenter, consultant, and communication strategist. She is the Lead of Western Sydney Business Women (WSBW), where she champions women in leadership, small business growth, and community-driven impact across the region as well as founding Hawkesbury Women in Business.

Dedicated to helping professionals amplify their voice, lead with confidence, and build powerful personal brands, Sarah draws on many years of experience in leadership, management, marketing, and strategic communication. She works with individuals and teams to align their message with their mission—creating authentic, lasting influence.

She is also the Co-founder of marketing agency Bright Orange Door, which supports businesses with everything from website design, SEO, and social media management, to full-scale digital strategy.
